Well, this is not a quad-copter home delivery service. But it just may work. After all Africa has need of infrastructure and the normal kind has always struggled to stay in place.

Perhaps Alaska, Canada, Brazil, Russia, Australia, and a few other places where people are sparse will see this as feasible.
