I just looked at the forum issue report list.
Would that not be a perfect place to use voting, to up or down vote issues that needs to be fixed?
Keep the first post as is and put every item in the dotted list into a single post to vote it up or down.
Makes sense to me, to use a feature like that. Should give a ordered list of things to fix.

Parallax is capable of assigning priority as necessary.
