About microprocessor 8085..!!

Hi, i want to know why while programming uP 8085, we start memory location with 2000h??
& why LXIH is used to save in HL pair, why not in other pair like BC??

i have readied course books & some pdf but don't get the statistician answer.
please, tell.

Off-topic for this forum! Your question has nothing to do with the SX chips; they are based on the early PIC architecture, not the 8085.
