Hey guys, have any of you used the SX28 with the Professional Development Board? If yes, care to give me an example to get started with the SX28 on the PDB?

    Hello USMCinfinity,

I am going to go ahead and move this post to the SX forum. Neither the SX28 or the PDB are classified as 'Stamps in Class' products, so you will probably get better answers there.

    Thanks,
    Jessica

If you have a BS2 also, the Serial Lcd is an excellent example of a SX28 powered parallel lcd controlled by a serial connection with the BS2.

Yes, the SX 28-pin DIP version works well on the PPDB, but it is a long reach to some of the components on the board compared to the spot for the STAMP. - especially if you try to reach the 7-segment LEDs, an application for which SXs are very well suited. I recommend you try the SX/B help file - there are lots of nice easy to do demos in there to get you started.
