Breakout board for P-TO252-5-11 Package?

Posting in the correct forum helps..

Does anyone know of any breakout boards suitable for mounting P-TO252-5-11 type devices on (specifically the Infineon BTS 452 R)?

Please provide a web link if you do.

Alternatively, if you know of a fet with very similar specifications that comes in a different package (ideally something I don't have to re-flow solder) please also provide a web link.
