Does anyone have the PCB ARTIST component definition for
the DIP-40 and LQFP-44 Propeller ?

I made one back when it was in beta. I will look around and see if I still have it. If not, the package creation wizard is incredibly simple to use and there is a great tutorial on their site.

EDIT: Sorry, I can't find it.
