Touch sensors and el wire

heyy..
alright. so. all i need is a code that tells my basic stamp that when the resistor/capacitor (which is what you touch to make el wire glow in this case.. could be an led) is touched, el wire glows. pin 14 is the high (as far as i know). we are using a qt113 sensor.. i dont know if this is too vague.. but maybe someone could help..

It would have been helpfull if you were a "little bit" less vague.
Assuming this is not a joke we will not let you in the dark and therefore help you to make a LED glow :<)))

Forget about the Triac driver / Triac.
You can make a LED glow using a BS output.
BTW, Triacs deal with AC current, don't see how that could fit in your scheme.
