I am looking for an outlet strip similar to this that I can control via low voltage signals from a micro controller.

http://www.bomara.com/cps/cps.htm

Instead of trying to build my own power strip I just want to plug into a well designed strip since I am not a qualified EE I don't feel comfortable even designing a prototype using line voltage.

Does anyone have any links to products like this?

Think Inside the box first and if that doesn't work..
Re-arrange what's inside the box then...
Think outside the BOX!

Go to X10 (http://www.x10.com/automation/index.html#automation_modules) and look at some of their output modules. Next, check out their powerline interface module (http://www.x10.com/automation/pl513_s.html). Then go to search.parallax.com (http://<u>search.parallax.com</u>) and enter "X10". I think you'll get some ideas for your project!

PS: Before going to X10.com, be sure to disable unwanted pop-ups. They're a reliable company to order from, but their website is ... well ... you'll see. They almost always have some pretty good specials on combo packages, too.
