Compiling with out a Propeller ?

How can I compile a Spin program to a Binary or EEPROM file without having a Propeller ?
I would like to use the GEAR Emulator, but I get errors when compiling since I don't have
a Propeller...

just hit F8, make sure to show hex, then save, eeprom or binary
