Hi All,
Once again I need to reach out to you for help .. I need to switch following from Basic stamp
- 1 KW 110 VAC Heater (i.e. 10 Amp @ 110 VAC)
- 110 VAC motor @ 3 AMP
I would appreciate if you can recommend a solid state relay for these, I am still researching the solid state relays so any help on how to trigger these relays from basic stamp will be helpful..
Thanksˇto this wonderful support group.

This should make you Happy…Crydom makes an SSR rated at 50A @ 240V. We used one in the Solder Pot Controller Project on our website. It can be triggered from a BASIC Stamp I/O pin by simply making an I/O line HIGH that is connected to the + input while the – input is grounded. I hope this helps. Take care.

I've had good luck with this one.

Should be fine. I'd like to have screw down lugs, but the price is right.

Try this one;

It's one of a bunch that might work..

Yes, that should work nicely and only require 2mA from your I/O pin. Take care.
