Hi;
· I have encountered a problem in using Parallax's Professional Developmkent board, which I think
is totally mine rather than the board's fault. It seems like that I did not understand where to position a BS2 module on the socket provided·on the development board, and I am afraid I burned the controller. Specifically, I placed the BS2 board in the upper 24 pins of the 40 pin socket, as I thought I should have following the description on the board itself. Well, when I powered up, the computer did not recognize the BS2. I removed it, insert it back into the Boe-bot where I extracted it·from and alas it did not recognize it either.
What did I do wrong? Should I have placed it in the lower pins of the socket? The inscription BS1 shown on the
board confused me. Anyway, I would appreciate it if someone point me to the right direction. I know it is my
fault rather than the board's which I think has all the components that I would need to train my students in
using Parallax products.
Thanks in advance for all the help.
