Can I get some help loading software for the Basic Stamp 2.5 onto my Mac computer. Also, I have the program load at work (on a PC); can I still go back and forth?

Do you have an Intel iMac, or an older one? The procedure is quite different. I use MacBS2 on an older one.

It's a Mac OS X with 1.83GHz Intel Core Duo processor.

If you want to stay in OS X rather than Windows use Mac BS2: www.muratnkonar.com/otherstuff/macbs2/ (http://www.muratnkonar.com/otherstuff/macbs2/)

Okay! Thanks. Now I have up the Mac program and it is telling me there is no USB port, but I have the Bot plugged in. When I try to download the USB drive, it tells me it can't.

Be sure the serial port is selected (bottom item on the Stamp menu). Be sure there is no other program trying to use that serial port (a problem only if you are running zterm or goserial at the same time). Check the list of supported USB/serial adapters on macBS2 web site. If it is a USB boe-bot, or an FTDI USB adapter, read the note onf the macBS2 web site about installing the latest version of the FTDI drivers for Mac.
