does anyone know of any guides to soldering and desoldering SMT.i have heard of the chipquick and they have a kit called SMD1 that is smpouss to remove 5 or 6 smt chips.

I have used ChipQwik and it works great.· It's not cheap so don't waste it.· Also you have to wick up all the indium before you resolder.\
