Matrix Orbital LK204-25 Parallax modifications for TTL?

Can someone tell me exactly what modifications are made to the LK204-25-WB?· I am purchasing displays direct from Matrix Orbital and still want to be able to use them with the Basic STAMP...

Do the changes simply effect serial communication/TTL (not I2C), etc.?

·· As we do not modify the displays ourselves you would have to contact Matrix Orbital for the details.· Basically they are modified to handle TTL level serial instead of RS-232.· Other features of the display remain unaffected.
