Is the dedicated serial pin for the BS2p40 (mailto:BS@p40)·also 16 or is it different since it has more pins..· I am trying to use the SERIN command instead of the DEBUGIN command in order to use its timeout function.

' {$STAMP BS2p}
SERIN Rpin, 16468, 500, timeout, [DEC switch]

Does anyone know if·the Rpin·for the·BS2p40 is also 16?

According to the Basic Stamp Manual, v 2.0, it is also 16.

(The i/o pins are labelled p0-p15, and x0-x15, or 0-15 in the "current block",
·so "16" is not part of either range.)
