USB BOE communications directive

Hello,
· I have ordered a·USB board of education, which I have not used yet.· I have noticed that there is no directive in the stamp editor for selecting USB as the communications port.· In fact, the only option I get is COM1, which of course is the serial port.· How do I configure the PBasic editor to use the·USB port instead of the COM1 port?

The lastest software searches fro the comport & the stamp.· I was puzzeled by that too.· If you don'y have the latest, get it.· It's Kewl

Actually, you must first install a driver for the USB which assigns it a Virtual COM Port which the Stamp Editor will use.· You can find instructions and the driver at the bottom of the following link:
