I bought 4 from Ebay China for $2 each: http://www.ebay.com/itm/250881986100 They arrived, but I have not tested them yet. That's a post-Christmas task.

Rather an absurd device when you can build a flip-flop with two transistors or fets and do just as well for even less money. But I suppose there are those that must have all and everything in a DIP package, just for the sake of tidyness.
