This is probably somewhere on website but i can not find it, is there a list of spin code commands, or a way to learn spin?

The propeller manual has a spin reference with explanations of what each command does.
Further, the PE Labs are an excellent way to get started with the propeller

The next step would be to grab a couple of objects from the object exchange and test/modify working code.
You'll find a lot of objects there. Some are really advanced (graphics, servo, serial protocols) and some simpler. Look around, and start with the easy ones.
In doubt, ask the forum...
