Ok so....the Bs1 Debug stream carries all of the current Ram memory data.
(Information taken from Wading the BS1 Debug Stream (http://www.parallax.com/dl/docs/cols/nv/vol7/col/NV131.pdf).)
Using the source code I found HERE (http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php?p=567110)·on the forum...
it was·very easy to draft·a custom VB5 powered debug terminal.
Just·one debug command at end of loop...
Allows me to look at a properly green/red lighted status screen indicating active·modes & statuses
This is really handy for just plugging in laptop to debug port & checking on unit details.
Having been spoiled by this & NOT having a Bs2 avail for testing...
I am asking if anyone could point me to a reference on the bs2's debug output.
[Edited to correct VB source link]
