Hi;

I try to run the examples for the BS2 using the Board of Education USB Rev C on Windows 7 x86 Professional on a standard user account.

I load one of the examples from the BS2 directory and run it and the following error occurs: No BASIC Stamps found.

I have te USB port driver configured for COM4 with the FTDI driver provided by Windows.

The Windows driver will not work for downloading programs or identifying a Stamp. You have to disconnect your Board of Education, disable the Windows driver and install the FTDI driver provided by FTDI (on their website). Then you can reconnect the Board of Education and try again.

www.ftdichip.com/FTDrivers.htm (http://www.ftdichip.com/FTDrivers.htm)

You want the Virtual COM Port (VCP) driver.
