Hello all!
Quick question. Can I use the prop plug to program a bs2SX with the same circuit of the usb2ser as long as I change the pinouts·of the header on the board?

The problem is that neither the USB2SER nor the PropPlug are made for programming a Stamp. You can use them with I/O pins for communicating with a PC, but the Sin and Sout programming and debugging pins are made for RS232 voltage levels and an inverted serial signal while both the USB2SER and PropPlug provide a non-inverted logic level signal. You really need to use something like this:
