View Full Version : Can't get Basic Stamp II to work with X10 PSC05?

I have my Basic Stamp II connected to the X10 PSC05 like it shows here www.x10pro.com/pro/pdf/technote.pdf on page 11. I'm using the xout code shown in the basic stamp manual but when I send a command to my lamp module nothing happens. The PSC05's LED doesn't even blink so I don't if my PSC05 is broke or I don't have it wired or if my code is wrong.

I remember having issues with the hardware, the x-10 interface would not see the signal, I put an LED with a 470 ohm resistor to +5V on the X-10 output on the stamp/input on the PSC05 line.

I got it working I found that the basic stamp manual had the pull resistor on the modulation pin instead of the zero crossing pin.

It's clearly shown as P0 / Z_pin in my PBASIC Help.
