What transistor is used on the PROPPLUG?

Hi,

Does anyone know what the spec for the NPN Transistor used on the PROPPLUG is? ( The one for reset/DTR line)

I am making my own "PROPLUG" and it is SMD SOT23

Any general-purpose NPN will do: e.g. 2N3904, PN2222, etc.
