Quick DScope Question

I downloaded DScope and was hoping someone here has used it and answer a quick question. I was wondering if it's possible to read what a pin sees on input. I need to monitor an incoming signal and check an output pin signal against it. If I could read an input pin that would make that job simple.

It will read all 32 pins no matter whether they are input or output.
