Does this means that there will be a second version of the Hydra with blazing speed and 3d rendering? Did Andre started to work on a new Hydra game console?

They've been in communication hence the video specific improvements you've pointed out, but there's no engineering samples of the chip yet and the dev environment Chip uses is quite expensive. So I would imagine there hasn't been any real develpment on a Hydra-2 yet, though perhaps I'm mistaken.
