anyone can tell me what is the best board to use for a micro mouse?

do you mean an small robot mice to solve a 16x16 maze as a micromouse ??
If yes, the board is not what you should be concern of.. can be a BOE.
I would think about an BOE-BOT with compass and weel increment counter.
Please be more specific.
