can anyone help unlock the .tar files so i can try to assimilate them into the basic stamp. i have pasted the link to the website where the .tar files are. i am trying to view the code for the unicycle. thanks,·jim

page link is here.·the code is in a .tar file at the bottom of the page. if you could unlock and share here, that would be nice...

shirkey9,

The windows version of tar is available here:· http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/gtar.htm

It's a command line tool since it's originally a unix tool, but in general you want to execute:

gtar -xvf <filename>

From the link you gave, you will need to unzip it first to unicycle-01.a.tar.· There may be other uznip utilities on the net that will deal with it, but this one is free.

Hope this helps.

Here are the files.· They appear to be C language, I don't know how you will be able to use them with a BS2.

I downloaded the files on the site and was able to extract all of them without an error.

Did the extraction not work or was it the software?
